I may have become jaded and bitter over my 3 years in SL. I used to engage in relationships and sexual activities in SL. I think we all did , I believe everybody well MOST everybody was even a stripper at one point LOL. Well not sure what it is the past few months but I can’t even stand to hear…
I hear ya, savannahmohegan, I was never into any of it. Came in world wanting to do what I did in real life: help ppl, house ppl (‘newbies’ in sl). It was harder than in real life. In real life, one is actually housing ppl, in sl one is only striving to provide a safe place for the gamer to park or house their avatar. This proved harder to do then in real life!
Eventually, I got to play the role of Community Helper, as a volunteer, at CHERRY TREE Rentals. I loved it there, was the most consistent and widespread community sim I’d ever seen. I was eventually hired, promoted to manager earning 1000L per week. I sure miss that place … *sigh*.
Since then, I’ve never worked for less and became interested in advertising and job placement assistance (staffing). I’ve never gotten into ‘pixel sex’ … does nothing for me, waste of my time on sl and I don’t even take my avies clothes off when changing, rezz em off rezz em on … lol!!! (Whispers: ‘Cameras are everywhere’ … lol … no cheap thrills here … lol!!). Wishing YOU only the best in your shopping excursions and future exploration of sl!!. *Hugz!*
Lenticular and wave clouds are cool, but they don’t hold a candle to the undulatus asperatus clouds. Not new, but new to science, its Latin name means “undulating wave”. it’s like staring up from under the sea, or from beneath an undulating ice formation, except we are seeing a cloud rather than a solid or liquid.
They look ominous, but are rarely stormy. Why they form and what their pattern means? I haven’t been able to find anything. Can you?

Wow, jtotheizzoe, the pix of those clouds were awesome. Kinda creeped me out ‘cuase I don’t think that I have ever seen ‘undulatus asperatus clouds’ before. I thought you’d photo shopped the pix.
